Stop relying on willpower.
Start engineering your behaviour.
The problem isn't you.
It's your system
Every time you've tried to lose weight and stopped, you probably blamed yourself. Not enough discipline. Not enough motivation. Not consistent enough.
The science of human behaviour has known for decades that willpower is unreliable, motivation fades, and discipline alone doesn't work. The world's biggest organisations — banks, governments, tech companies — don't rely on people's willpower to change their behaviour. They design systems that make the right choice automatic.
That's exactly what I do for weight loss.
Effort is the enemy. Don't rely on willpower.
Your brain evolved to conserve energy. In our ancestral environment, calories were scarce — so the brain adapted by limiting how much mental effort it expends. The result is that you have a finite cognitive load. A cap on how much deliberate thinking and decision-making you can sustain before it runs out.
This is why your brain operates in two modes. An automatic mode — fast, effortless, driven by instinct, habit, and environment. And a deliberate mode — slower, reflective, and expensive.
You are in automatic mode almost all of the time. Deliberate mode is reserved for when it's genuinely needed.
Every conventional weight loss approach ignores this completely. It asks you to override your instincts, resist your cravings, and sustain deliberate effort indefinitely. But that's not how humans work. Deliberate mode exhausts itself. It always has. That's not a personal failing — it's evolution.
The only approach that actually works is one that stops fighting your biology and starts working with it. Using strategies grounded in how your brain actually operates — so that the right actions become automatic, effortless, and sustainable.
Why this is different from anything else you've tried.
Most weight loss advice is created by people who don't actually understand human behaviour. It's built on intuition, trends, and generic plans — not on what the scientific research actually says about how and why people do what they do.
I trained at the London School of Economics, the UK's top ranked university for psychology, under world-leading experts in behavioural science. At the LSE, I didn't just study the conclusions of the research — I was trained in how to rigorously read, evaluate, and extract insights from it. How to identify what the evidence actually supports, and what it doesn't.
That training is what makes this different. Every strategy I teach is grounded in peer-reviewed research on behaviour change, habit formation, and cognitive psychology. Not trends. Not anecdotes. The actual science of how humans work — interrogated at the highest academic level and translated into practical strategies that work in real life.
This is advice built on the same frameworks used by governments, global organisations, and the world's leading institutions to change the behaviour of millions of people. Applied specifically to weight loss. And taught by someone who has lived it.
